Report of person slumped in parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a younger man slumped over the steering wheel of a white vehicle near a country store on Venetia Road. Officers and medics checked the area, found the vehicle unoccupied, and confirmed the man had gone into a nearby house and appeared to be fine. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate medical call for an elderly woman with possible stroke symptoms and a vacant property on Reagan Avenue with a back door open.
