Juvenile runs from children’s center on 12th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a children’s center of a juvenile female running east on 12th Street away from the location. Units responded, and a white female juvenile was later detained and placed in a patrol vehicle. In a separate but nearby call, officers also responded to a vehicle crash involving a black truck and a black sedan in the area of First Street and 20th, with at least one caller reporting back and neck pain.
