Tree and power lines blocking road near grove and franklin

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a whole tree or large branch fell near the intersection of Grove Avenue and Franklin Street, blocking the roadway and bringing down active power lines. At least one nearby residence reportedly lost power, and the intersection has been shut while responders and utility companies address the hazard.
