Woman yelling and hitting car window on Buncombe Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent near a residence on Buncombe Road for a report that a woman in a white shirt and black shorts was yelling at a driver and tapping on the vehicle window while the caller stayed inside a Nissan Pathfinder. The woman was reportedly unknown to the caller.
