Vehicle taken by known person at Cedar Lane home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a reported vehicle theft from a residential parking area near Cedar Lane Southeast and an associated apartment unit. The vehicle has apparently been missing since around midday, and the caller suspects a known person with access to the keys may have taken it.
