Suspicious man with backpack inside shopping mall

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to reports of a suspicious older man with a backpack and skateboard inside a mall near Grand Central Mall in Vienna. Mall security previously saw him on camera and are trying to locate him inside the building.
