Woman yelling after breaking window at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and fire personnel responded to a possible family disturbance at a home on North 13th Street, where a woman reportedly broke a window and returned yelling and screaming. Several adults and children were inside the residence, and fire personnel were eventually able to help calm her down.
