Intoxicated woman reported near Vinita water tower

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apparent alcohol-related incident involving an intoxicated woman reported near the water tower by North Foreman Street and West Illinois in Vinita after she reportedly asked someone at a nearby residence for a ride.
