Are you able to make access to the property to the east of us? It appears that there's a construction site that the smell is coming from.
00:22
I'm going to need to put on full PPE and air monitoring.
00:25
Confirming east of your location?
00:28
That's affirmative.
00:29
So Charles, what brings you to Fallbrook? KHA 6 UMY.
00:34
Okay.
00:35
KJ6 UMY, yeah, Chuck here, I know it says Charles in the official thing, but I call my Chuck.
00:40
I work out here, I work over at Potter Junior High School, so I'm out here every weekday.
00:45
Ah, very good.
00:46
Yeah, apparently school traffic was something else this morning.
00:50
I don't know if it's a short week or what.
00:51
Yeah,
00:52
I notice the same thing.
00:53
I'm not sure. We had a lot of kids late coming in today, so it was bad.
00:57
I will say that just now when I got into my car to leave, my car is telling me it's 101 degrees.
01:02
So that's fun.
01:04
Yeah, I'm a little farther east on Renshi Road, and I'm showing 103.6 and it's still rising.
01:09
Yeah, I think we had a pretty pleasant summer.
01:11
It really didn't get any hot weather here until, you know, end of August, early September.
01:16
So I guess, you know, I guess we were due for it.
01:19
Well, in the day I always remember fairly warm September.
01:22
Of course, I was born in the dark ages, but other than that, two things I remember about September is I was never in a school of air conditioning.
01:30
It was warm summer in September and kids with tiny portable radios with earphones stuck in their ears listening to baseball.
01:39
Yeah, I think you and I are from the same era.
01:43
And of course, we didn't start school back then until September, right? I mean, now we, my goodness, we started, well, almost a month ago, I think it was August 9th when we went back.
01:51
So, anyway, that's different, too.
01:52
We're starting so early now.
01:54
Yeah, between late ends of school year and starting pre-briefs and everything, teachers get about a three-week summer break.
02:04
Yeah, yeah, it's not quite that bad, but it's not much different.
02:09
I do generally work in the summer program too, which is pretty fun actually.
02:14
So in the summertime, I'm a math teacher during the year, but I also teach an elective of robotics and coding in the summertime it's all robotics.
02:22
So that's pretty fun.
02:23
That's easy job.
02:25
Good for you.
02:26
We need more math and science teachers.
02:27
My college degrees are in electrical engineering.
02:30
Oh, very good, very good.
02:32
I've got a number of my former robotics team members that are pursuing electrical engineering right now.
02:36
One is at MIT,
02:38
a Fulbroke High School graduate, and another one is at Davis right now, both doing a double E.
02:43
Yep, MIT,
02:44
really excellent engineering school.
02:46
The other school that obviously has mentioned Caltech.
02:49
Caltech is not a particularly good engineering school, in my never-be-humble opinion.
02:54
I use aircraft, which is now long gone.
02:56
I worked with both MIT and Caltech graduates.
02:59
Every MIT grad I worked with, I thought, walked on water, and I didn't think any Caltech engineering grad was anything special.
03:06
Okay, that's interesting.
03:07
Well, I'm not an engineer, I'm a math major, so I wasn't an engineering major, so I couldn't tell you.
03:12
But anyway, all right, I'm about to pull off here.
03:15
I've got to pop in the major market and pick up a few things for the wife on the way home.
03:18
So thanks for coming back, good talking to you.
03:20
K-O-6 K-C-Y.
03:21
Well, I have a good trip to a cooler part of the world, KJ6UOM1. Okay. Bobier, IC, engine 122. Go for BobiRIC. The east and the north, check clear.
03:49
Bobiaric copies, thank you. Can you make your way to outside on Bobier and stage? We're trying to assess, I believe it's coming from that...
04:17
I will hold all units to staging until I get a gas representative. Alright, I'm happy. Calls that, Medical Aid[2], Engine 101, and RA101. Wings Recovery at 785, Grand Avenue, Suite 101.
04:42
Angel 121. Negative. If there was this gentleman with her, he said she would buy the F-building in the carport. I will try to call her back. Give me one moment. The south side of Vobier, at Melrose, and investigate there.
05:10
Copy, we'll investigate the south side and investigate. Copy, thanks. Are you comfortable switching over to Ford Charlie so we can free up Box Trot? We have a lot of channels open right now. Affirmative, we can switch for Charlie.
05:37
I have you, yourselves in truck, switching to four Charlie. G8144C, cancel. Bobier-IAC engine, 280. Bill for Bobier-IAC engine, 2AAC.
06:07
I see from engine 218 we found the source. We have a, it's a broken and blowing gas line. Gardners hit it while they were doing some landscape or trying to remove some landscape. It's under a pretty big root ball system. Not a lot we can do about it other than isolate the area.
