Person disputes ownership of belongings after burglary

It's in reference to the burglary that occurred off of Pembroke Way a couple days ago on the 24th.

Stating he's mad because WCD has his phone and some other belongings and he's not able to get it back due to it not being in his name, but he's claiming it still is.
