92-year-old woman unconscious after fall, refusing care

As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to a residence on Quince Road for a 92-year-old woman who reportedly fell the previous day and is now unable to get out of bed, drifting in and out of consciousness, refusing food and medication, and acting irritable.
