Suspicious vehicle reported at bank parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a bank on Lehigh Drive. The caller said the vehicle resembled a police car, became frightened while going to the ATM, and left. The incident reportedly occurred about 15 minutes before the radio traffic.
