Driver stopped after unsafe driving near Ward

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Ward, South Carolina, attempted to stop a vehicle that was reported as an immediate danger and possibly about to seriously injure someone. The vehicle was seen driving around 40 miles per hour, swerving and nearly hitting people before finally pulling over just outside town near a gas station on Ward Avenue.
