Small garbage fire near South Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a routine small fire near South Main Street where someone had been burning garbage. The fire appeared to be just smoldering, and law enforcement was requested while responders spoke with the person responsible. No fire engine response was ultimately needed.
