Car hits bridge, man has head injury on Saluda Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a black sedan on Saluda Avenue near the county line bridge. One man appeared to have a head injury but refused ambulance transport. Police and fire personnel cleared the roadway.
