Driver checked after report of suspicious parked car

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked on a black sedan parked off to the side near a Walmart. The registered owner was found there looking at a phone, and no apparent crime was confirmed. Separately, fire units and an ambulance responded to an outside fire and transported one person to a hospital.
