Dispute over injured horse at No Bottom Road pasture

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to an apparent disturbance near No Bottom Road, close to Ladies Lane and Luna’s Road, involving a county worker and a property owner arguing at a pasture about a severely injured horse. Animal control was notified about the horse.
