Bicyclist falls and suffers head injury on Route 94

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop involving two vehicles on Route 94 near Warwick, with New York registrations and IDs being checked. Separately, responders were sent to Johnson Road at State Route 94 to check on a 40-year-old man who reportedly fell off his bicycle and suffered a head injury but was refusing EMS.
