Woman overdoses on unprescribed Seroquel at treatment center

UnPrescribed, while in a Treatment facility. That speaks volumes doesn’t it. How did she obtain these? How did this facility’s staff not know that she was taking them? Maybe it’s just me, but I kinda feel like taking medication that you are not prescribed, at all, but especially while getting treatment is kinda counterproductive. I feel like someone at this facility had to know that this was happening. I would most definitely be looking into this if this was one of my family members, I might even be looking into a wrongful death lawsuit. These people obviously knew she had an addiction problem, maybe even an addictive personality disorder. This kinda medication is very strong and it is hard to act like you have not taken a sedative/ tranquilizer. It’s damn near impossible for nobody else to know
