Report of swerving delivery truck on I-29

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about a southbound FedEx truck on I-29 near Watertown that was reportedly swerving toward the median and traveling faster than the reporting driver. A trooper planned to use Highway 164 and head north to look for the vehicle while the caller monitored its location.
