Reckless driving complaint on Highway 59 in Watson

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a black Dodge Challenger reportedly racing and doing burnouts on or near Highway 59 in Watson. The vehicle was later reported to be parked at a white residence along Elm Avenue in the Watson area.
