Trailer loses wheel and blocks lane near interstate

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible traffic hazard near Highway U Avenue and 6th Avenue, just north of the interstate, where a pickup truck apparently lost a trailer wheel. The trailer and vehicle were moved off the roadway so the wheel could be put back on. Separate radio traffic also mentioned a medical call to an apartment on Park Avenue and an unrelated person found down at a store on East 14th Street.
