Large tree branch threatens vehicle over Main Street, Waukesha WI

if it's on city property they take care of it right away. but if it's on private property good luck! they can't force the property owner to pay money to take down the tree. usually what happens is the property owner waits for it to fall and then they'll have the city hall it Off. how do I know this I've gone through this. we had to move to a new home because there is a tree ready to fall on our house and our vehicle. we've called the police in the fire department and they've done nothing to have the tree removed. landlord didn't do anything either. nobody cares. and the people who suffer are the ones whose car gets smashed and whose home gets smashed. no help from nobody no reimbursements. you sort of just get screwed over.
