Tree branches burning on power lines in Waupaca

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to a location on Churchill Street in Waupaca for a report of tree branches on electrical lines that were smoking and had caught fire. The power company was contacted while firefighters responded non-emergency to the scene.
