Fallen tree blocks entrance to park

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a large fallen tree completely blocking the entrance to a park, preventing vehicles from getting through. Someone had attempted to move the tree but it was reportedly too large, and it may have previously fallen on a nearby house.
