Suspicious pickup reported in business parking lot

occupied by a 40 year old white male with a beard.

Agitated when our caller asked if he needed any help.

Caller's never seen him before and was suspicious because most of the businesses in the area are currently closed, and didn't get the impression that this guy was wanting to leave the parking lot.

Unknown if 10-19 or 10-74 or if there's any weapons in the vehicle.
