Repairs completed at Wayland work site

As discussed during the dispatch call, repair crews in Wayland reported that electrical line work at LCP 221 was completed and all personnel and equipment were clear. They requested and received permission to close the site after confirming no remaining wire issues in the area, including along 135th Avenue.
