Fifty-eight-year-old male patient, pretty extensive cardiac history.

Currently going to be gasping, non-steamy.

He did have a repeat troponin just prior to our departure.

Sixteen forty-seven was the troponin, I believe it was.

He's currently GCS 15 , not complaining of any pain.

A little bit of shortness of breath at rest.

He's on a cannula at two liters for that.
