Man unable to walk after stroke at Cleburne Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible stroke involving an adult male found on the ground near the 3900 block of Cleburne Highway in Weatherford, who reportedly could not feel his leg or walk. One patient was transported to a hospital and another person reportedly refused medical treatment on scene.
