Welfare check requested after self-harm threat near W Grand River Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies requested for a welfare check at a house across from Dollar General near W Grand River Ave after a caller reported a 34-year-old woman was detoxing and texted that she was going to kill herself, possibly with something around her neck. She is reportedly house-sitting and has two black labs that are friendly.
