Person with possible stroke near Grove Street apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medic units were dispatched to an apartment on Grove Street in Wellesley for a resident reported to be lethargic with facial swelling and a possible stroke. The call was made by the resident’s brother, who was not on scene but was returning to the location.
