Suspicious person reported on porch in Wells

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller at a home on 1st Avenue SE reported a suspicious man on his porch who has reportedly been bothering the caller’s sister at a nearby address on 2nd Avenue SE. An officer was sent to check the area for the man.
