Large tree limb blocking part of Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of heavy debris in the road near the 1100 block of South Main Street in Wellsville. A large tree limb was apparently pulled partially off the roadway but is still blocking part of a traffic lane, and public works has been notified to respond.
