Masked people seen trying to enter garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible attempted garage break-in near South (number withheld) East in Wellsville. A caller saw three people on security cameras about 15 minutes earlier, wearing hooded clothing and covering their faces before leaving the area.
