As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond along Highway 67 near West Alton after a driver reported a pedestrian may have jumped near his vehicle and struck his side mirror. The driver pulled over in a silver Nissan Maxima on the shoulder, and responders are searching the area for any possible injured pedestrian.
