Traffic stop of truck with possible expired plates

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a truck near South Jefferson Street, including checks on commercial registration and plate status. Separately, EMS was dispatched to an apartment on South Illinois Avenue for a 60-year-old woman reporting dizziness, ringing in her ears, and feeling like she might pass out after several days of ear infection symptoms.
