Man falls 10 feet from tree with shoulder pain

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Osceola Road in West Leyden for a reported fall from a tree. A man in his fifties apparently fell about 10 feet, reported shoulder pain, dizziness, and difficulty breathing, and an ambulance from Boonville was sent to assist.
