Two disabled vehicles blocking roundabout in heavy rain

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic crash near the US-460 and KY-7 roundabout where two vehicles with front-end damage were reportedly not drivable and were blocking the roadway in heavy rain. A tow truck was requested to remove both vehicles.
