Suspicious man walking near Hickory Road homes

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a suspicious male walking aggressively near homes on Hickory Road in Sharpsburg. The man was described as about five foot eight with blonde hair and a scruffy beard, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans and walking near a residence with a dog. Units were sent to check the area around the reporting party’s home and neighboring houses.
