Woman suffers overdose at West Liberty home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on Liberty Road for a possible overdose involving an adult woman who was reportedly not breathing. Bystanders administered Narcan and CPR, and she appeared to regain a pulse and start breathing again after prior surgery and pain medication use were mentioned.
