Bike stolen near North Eleventh and Charleston

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near North Eleventh Street and Charleston in West Memphis for a reported bicycle theft. A caller reported that a younger male in a white shirt and blue jeans may have taken the bike and left toward the area of North Eighth and North Tenth streets.
