Paramedic eleven, we're out with a seventy-eight year old male coming from story point with chief complaint of a fall a couple hours ago and some right arm pain.

Patient does have some pretty significant swelling.

Looks like it was some associated edema,

Lower arm, patient alert and oriented times four.
