Disabled vehicles with flashers on near Bell Mill

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked reports of vehicles with hazard lights on along the highway near several overpasses, including near Stella Street and Bell Mill. (number withheld) vehicle appeared to be a BMW with a flat tire, and the driver was calling for a tow truck. No injuries or vehicles in a ditch were ultimately found.
