Small illegal burn extinguished by homeowner

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported illegal burn near South 8th Street in West Terre Haute. Engine 41 found a small fire in a side yard that the homeowner was already extinguishing with a garden hose, and the incident was cleared after investigation.
