Reckless motorcyclist reported at First State Bank

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible reckless motorcyclist wearing a white shirt near a bank in West Union. The rider was said to have pulled into the bank parking area, but responding units did not find the motorcycle on arrival.
