Person pulling on car door handles in parking lots

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Heritage Park, a nearby bank, and the Dollar Tree parking area for reports of a man reportedly walking through lots and pulling on vehicle door handles. The man was described by clothing and height, and officers searched the surrounding parking areas.
