Security golf cart theft in Westlake Village

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a felony theft in Westlake Village in which two suspects allegedly stole a white security golf cart with blue lights and drove westbound on Agoura Road. Security staff later reported the cart still on Agoura Road. One suspect then reportedly fled on foot near Lakeview Canyon Road while the other was detained, and deputies began setting up containment in the surrounding area.
