Man expresses intent to commit suicide at market

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a market on Ford Road for a report of a man who asked where he could go to commit suicide. Staff reported he then sat near the registers and later lay on the floor and became irate. It is unknown if he had any weapons.
