Injury crash involving truck, pickup and scooter

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes an apparent injury traffic crash at or near 104th Avenue and Lowell Boulevard in Westminster involving a city truck, a Chevrolet Silverado, and a person on a scooter. Troopers were initially requested because city vehicles were involved, but the state patrol response was later canceled and no further response was needed.
