Garage and second-floor apartments fire in Westminster

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Westminster, Massachusetts responded to a structure fire involving a garage and second-floor apartments. Radio traffic indicates fire on the second floor, fire through the roof at the back of the garage, and flames in the garage roof on the south side. Command requested a third alarm, and additional departments were called to assist.
